In order to streamline DSM’s administration, we will begin processing all contributions immediately. The changeover will be finalized  November 1st, but we ask you to begin the change now.  Contributions should be directed to Disciple Support Ministries using the enclosed envelope (temporarily still sent to Shepherd’s Staff for the next 60 days). We kindly ask you to consider the following options for contributing….listed in order of cost efficiency:

1) Direct Deposit: is the most cost efficient method of contributing.  To arrange, please request and fill out a form by either:
•    calling our office at 561-901-3590, or
•    Download the Direct Deposit form

Note: If you already use Direct Deposit, please fill out a new form immediately to change the destination from Shepherd’s Staff to Disciple Support Ministries. Download the new Direct Deposit form.

2) Paypal: please consider using Paypal for Online contributions via the DSM website

3) Credit Card: can be arranged for Monthly and/or One-time contributions. To arrange, please
•    Provide your information on the enclosed Contribution envelope
•    Or, go to DSM Website to arrange
•    Or, call the DSM Office to arrange at 561-901-3590

4) Checks: should now be written out to “Disciple Support Ministries” and sent in the enclosed envelope (for now still going to Shep Staff until Nov 1st.  It will then be forwarded to DSM. The envelope’s address will change to DSM effective November 1st.)
